Raise your glass for the 2nd annual Stem & Stein Food, Beer & Wine Fest, presented by Cedar Valley Hy-Vee Stores, and the Waterloo Center for the Arts! Enjoy a Saturday evening outdoors with good food, wine, beer and friends at the RiverLoop Amphitheatre, located along the scenic Cedar River. Your ticket gets you a commemorative wine glass, all the gourmet food samples you can handle, and unlimited wine and beer tastings VIP guests will be treated to a special gourmet dinner prepared by local Hy-Vee chefs and Friday evening at the Waterloo Center for the Arts.
Proceeds from Stem & Stein support the Friends of the Art Center and the Waterloo Center for the Arts in delivering high-quality cultural programming in our community.

Waterloo Center for the Arts
The Waterloo Center for the Arts’ purpose is to initiate and further awareness, appreciation, and support of the arts by a diverse audience. The Center works in partnership with the community to provide cultural experiences for all ages. The Art Center provides educational workshops, classes, and programs that complement the Center’s changing exhibitions and permanent collection, which houses the worlds’ largest public collection of Haitian Art. The Center is home to the Phelps Youth Pavilion – a children’s museum with over 40 interactive exhibits, the Waterloo Community Playhouse/Black Hawk Children’s Theatre, a Gift Store, indoor and outdoor spaces for meetings and events, and the RiverLoop Amphitheatre, Expo Plaza, Arts Mall, and Mark’s Park.
